How to order from Silver Gemstone Rings

Here at Silver Gemstone Rings there are several different ways to order; website, text or phone!

You can place your order through our website, following our easy to use check out procedure or you can place your order via telephone or text message. We take payment via PayPal for phone or text orders as well as for orders placed through the website and all orders will be processed once payment is received.

Because we use PayPal to process orders, we are never in reciept of your banking details. Don't have a PayPal account? Don't worry! You can still pay via the 'guest' option using your desired credit or debit card. Just click on the guest option to the bottom of the PayPal screen. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are having any difficulties ordering from us!

Delivery

All our products come with FREE UK second class delivery however we also offer a number of other options for those who just can't wait for their new design! All our products are sent in jiffy envelopes with no company markings, just in case its a present! You will also receive your free presentation box as well. We offer a selection of colours and will always try to ensure you get your choice however sometimes we may have to offer you another selection but every effort will be made to contact you before hand.

We have just introduced a new range of high quality glossy Rosewood Veneer wooden boxes. These are fantastic for engagement or wedding rings or making an extra special impression to that special someone! Just choose the Rosewood option upon checkout to receive your design in these beautiful boxes.

Standard Delivery Second Class – FREE

We offer standard Royal Mail second class delivery for FREE and guarantee to dispatch your item within one working day.

First Class Delivery - £2.50

Postage and Packaging is £2.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Post (usually 1-2 working days Mainland UK)

Next Day Special Delivery - £6.00

Guaranteed next day delivery is £6.00 for the UK Mainland. Orders need to be placed before 10.00am.

Please note restrictions apply. Items ordered on a Saturday and Sunday cannot be dispatched until the Monday for next day delivery.

Saturday Special Delivery - £10.00

Items ordered before 10.00am on a Friday for next day delivery can be sent using Saturday Special delivery.

Europe

Postage and Packaging will be £3.00 with no restriction on value or weight. We will post your items via Royal Mail Airsure which is usually 3-5 working days.

Rest of the World

Postage and Packaging is £4.00 with no restrictions on value or weight. We will use Royal Mail Airsure which is usually around 5-10 working days.

All our items come with a choice of presentation box including Classic Black, Zesty Orange, Luscious Lime and Pretty Purple. Our ultimate collection comes in special dark blue presentation boxes. All our presentation boxes are complimentary.

We also offer Ultra Soft Silver Cleaning Cloths to help keep your new jewellery sparkling!
