Don't worry if you don't know your ring size, or that of the person you are buying for. There are a number of online ring size guides however there are also a couple of quick tips if you are looking to buy a ring online. Nothing compares to having a professional fitting at a jewellers but if you just can't wait, read on! 

An old wives tale says that your ring size (US) will be the same as your shoe size! Oddly enough this can be a good guide to sizing your ring finger, however its always best to double check, especially if you want a ring for a different finger.

One of the easiest ways is to get a strip of paper and wrap it around the base of the finger you want to size. Make sure its good quality paper and don't stretch it. Make sure it fits snuggly but not too tight, and not too loose so it could fall off. Mark off the paper and the measure it. Use the below guide to give you an idea of what size you need.
